Clean rooms and controlled environments rely on a limited presence of particulate matter to function properly. To confirm compliance in a controlled space, and to monitor conformance on an on-going basis, Met One Instruments offers a range of portable handheld and small footprint bench-top particle counters. Our devices are reliable, cost-effective, and capable of measuring a range of particulate sizes from 0.3 to 10.0 microns. Met One particle counters are used to qualify environments for certain manufacturing processes. All models meet ISO 21501-4 and ISO 14644-1:2015 criteria and can be used in Class 3 through Class 9 cleanrooms.
